Community Guidelines

Pike wants to assure that our community members have confidence in the use of our Services. Accordingly, it is very important to understand that Pike reserves the right to deny anyone access to our community or our Services at any time and for any reason with no further adjudication.

For example, if we discover that a user of our Services could be a specific risk to our community, we may decide to deny them access or disable their account. We also do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 18 to use our Services.

With this reservation of rights established, some guidelines are presented here for you to be aware of in order to enjoy being part of Pike’s community.

More rules and information about how our Services may be used can be found in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement, which govern your use of Pike’s Services.

Here are activities we encourage:
• Be friendly, considerate, welcoming, kind, and understanding in your interactions with other community members.
• Respect other community members, regardless of expression differences, experience, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, nationality, etc.
• Provide supportive language while interacting with other community members.
• Help us create a positive atmosphere which encourages the discovery of great products, services, and experiences.

Here are activities we do not tolerate:
• Threats of violence and/or language depicting violence towards community members or any other person inside or outside the Pike community.
• Hate speech, slurs, epitaphs, or any statements or content that could be deemed to be bullying or intimidating to other users, or that could be perceived as sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
• Harassment of any community member based on differences of opinion.
• Derogatory, harsh, cruel, argumentative and/or negative comments towards community members, including the unnecessary or excessive use of profanity.
• Posting pornography and/or posts that are graphic, explicit, or obscene in nature.
• The use of bots, trolls, fake profiles, impersonators, scammers, bulk solicitations, etc.
